Investment Advisor
Patricia serves as private trustee and provides investment counsel to the firm's clients. Patricia’s principal focus is trust administration as well as fiduciary asset management for trustees and private clients.
Patricia is a Professional Fiduciary licensed by the State of California and certified by the National Guardianship Foundation as a Registered Guardian. She is a member of the Professional Fiduciaries Association of California (PFAC), the National Guardianship Association (NGA), the Fiduciary Roundtable of the San Gabriel Valley and an associate member of the Pasadena Probate Bar Association.
Patricia is also an Investment Advisor Representative of G.E. Pia & Company, a Registered Investment Advisor. She has successfully passed the examinations for NASD Series 7, 63 and 66 and is licensed by the State of California, Department of Insurance. Prior to joining G. E. Pia & Company in 2003, she spent almost 15 years with Hotchkis & Wiley, where she was a founding member of the international equity department. Hotchkis & Wiley International later became a division of Merrill Lynch Asset Management. Patricia holds a B.M. from Mount St. Mary’s College in Los Angeles.
In her spare time, Patricia enjoys music, choral singing and making fine handmade chocolates.
Michael T. Alexander, J. D.
Managing Principal
Michael is responsible for overall management of the firm as well as Client Relations. He brings to the firm a deep understanding of fiduciary law and practice as well as thirty-five years of legal, financial and business experience. He is a graduate of University of Southern California Law School and served in the United States Marine Corps. He resides in Pasadena and is involved in a wide range of professional, community and cultural activities. He is a member of the Pasadena Breakfast Forum, the Twilight Club and a number of other community organizations.
In his spare time, Michael enjoys classical music, choral singing, reading and various cultural pursuits.
